Holding Deposit

Per Tenancy – up to equivalent of 1 week’s rent

This is to reserve a property. Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right to Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and/or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing).

Renting Your Property

At the commencement of your Tenancy you will require to provide in cleared funds one month’s rent in advance plus the equivalent of 5 weeks rent by way of deposit. If the landlords accept a pet then the higher advertised rent pcm will be charged to allow for risk and wear and tear.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Before any tenancy commences we will require proof of identity for Money Laundering Purposes e.g.

• Photographic Evidence – each tenant to provide photocopy of either current Driving Licence or Passport

• Recent Utility Bill showing your current address
